Coming home to relax after a long day at work or away with the family is certainly a blissful thought. So much in fact, that the cleanliness of where you get to enjoy that relaxation can get overlooked. After continued normal use - body oils, dust, allergens / debris, pet hair and dander can embed intself into your favorite couch or sofa cushions. Not to mention any unnoticed spills that might have been unattended to.  Leaving a surface you may think twice about lounging on.
